Order Status

All orders entered via SOSET OrderEntry in the SOSET database are controlled by an Order status.

There are over 20 different status-options. Some of these options are automatically set during several operations. Other status-options have to be changed manually. Selecting Order from the Maintain menu can change the order status. A combo-box will display a drop down list with the available order status-options.

The Order Status Overview:

0	Entry	During entry or edit, the status is Entry to avoid printing during editing.
1	Entered	After entry the status becomes Entered. The order is now available to be processed during the next Process entered order option from the Tasks menu.
2	Undefined	Reserved for future status-options.
3	Processed	This status is set after processing entered orders. Processing entered orders produces run-cards and/or order confirmations.
4	Undefined	Reserved for future status-options.
5	Undefined	Reserved for future status-options.
6	Deleted	Order is marked for deletion. This means it will be definitely Deleted during next system-check.
7	In production	Order is In production. Status is automatically set when corrected run is performed.
8	Undefined	Reserved for future status-options.
9	In box	Order is ready for next shipment. Only if all stamps/orderitems are In box the status will be automatically changed into Ready to ship.
10	Proof/Embargo	To put the order on hold for customer or management approval for later execution.
11	Ready to ship	This order is Ready to ship. Only if all order items are in boxes the status is changed into ready to ship.
12	Shipped	This order is Shipped.
13	Ready to modem	An order with this status will be exported, during a modem session.
14	Undefined	Reserved for future status-options.
15	Processing	During printing and other operation, SOSET changes the status into Processing. The order cannot be edited.
16	Undefined	Reserved for future status-options.
17	Undefined	Reserved for future status-options.
18	Undefined	Reserved for future status-options.
19	Partly in box	In case the quantity of an order item in this order is more than 1 and not all stamps are produced/ in box/ready to ship, select Partly in box.
20	Quotation	A quotation has been submitted, but awaits a reply.
21	Purchased	Order items have been purchased, but are not yet available.
22	Hold for answer	The order is held until customer's approval.
23	Not in stock	The products for this order are not in stock, and have to be ordered.
24	Hold for proof	The order is held for later production, after the proof print is approved of.
25	Credit hold	The order is held for production until the customer has proven his credibility.
