Reports Menu in OrderEntry
Prints a list of the selected information. These commands are available when you work with in the Order screen unless mentioned otherwise.

Rush Orders Report
Displays the Overview Rush Orders dialog box in which enables you to print a report of the orders In the Overview Rush Orders you are prompted to enter the range concerning: CustomerID, the Date, the AccountID and the ProductgroupID. This includes the length of time. Furthermore you have to decide whether you want to print all orders or only the rush orders and if you want to have a full or brief type of list.
Production Control Report
Displays the Overview Production Control dialog box which enables you to print a report of the production control. In the Overview production control dialog box you are prompted to enter the range concerning CustomerID, the Date, the AccountID and the ProductgroupID. Furthermore you have to decide whether you want to print all orders or only the rush orders and if you want to have a full or brief type of list.
Shipped Orders Report
Displays the Overview Shipped Orders dialog box which enables you to print a report of shipped orders. In the Overview shipped Orders dialog box you are prompted to enter the range concerning CustomerID, Date, AccountID and the ProductgroupID. Furthermore you have to decide whether you want to print all orders or only the rush orders and if you want to have a full or brief type of list.
Entered Orders Report
Displays the Overview Entered Orders dialog box, which enables you to print a report of entered orders. In the Overview Entered Orders dialog box you are prompted to enter the range concerning CustomerID, the Date, The AccountID and the ProductgroupID. Furthermore you have to decide whether you want to print all orders or only the rush orders and if you want to have a full or brief type of list.
Outstanding Orders Report
Displays the Overview Outstanding Orders which enables you to print a report of outstanding orders. In the Overview Outstanding Orders dialog box you are prompted to enter the range concerning CustomerID, the Date, The AccountID and the ProductgroupID. Furthermore you have to decide whether you want to print all back orders or only the orders with a rush status and if you want to have a full or brief type of list.
Invoicable Orders Report
Display the Overview Shipped Orders dialog box which enables you to print a report of invoicable orders. In the Overview Shipped Orders dialog box you are prompted to enter the range concerning CustomerID, the Date, The AccountID and the ProductgroupID. Furthermore you have to decide whether you want to print all orders or only the rush orders and if you want to have a full or brief type of list.
Customer Info Reports
Displays the Customer Info Report submenu, which contains several command to print customer in formation.
This command is available when you work in the Customer screen.
New customer Report Prints a report of new customers by a specified time range. You enter the appropriate range in the from ... to ... field in the date selection dialog box.
Non-ordering customers Report Prints a report of non-ordering customers by a specified time range. You enter the appropriate range in the from ... to ... field in the date selection dialog box.
History
Displays the History submenu which enables you to print information concerning several sales reports. Make sure you have an up-to-date sales history report. Select the Update history option from the Tasks menu to have the latest sales information shown here.
This submenu available when you work in the Customer screen.
Total Sales Report.
Displays the History selection dialog box which
enables you to print a report of total sales. Select (either) the
CustomerID, the Date, the CustomergroupID, the ProductgroupID and
the SalesmanID. You are also prompted to specify the range you
want to view: enter information in the from ... to
... fields.
Sales per Productgroup.
Displays the History selection dialog box which
enables you to print a report of the sales per Productgroup.
Select (either) the CustomerID, the Date, the CustomergroupID,
the ProductgroupID and the SalesmanID. You are also prompted to
specify the range you want to view: enter information in the from
... to ... fields.
Sales per Customer.
Displays the History selection dialog box which
enables you to print a report of the sales per customer. Select
(either) the CustomerID, the Date, the CustomergroupID, the
ProductgroupID and the SalesmanID. You are also prompted to
specify the range you want to view: enter information in the from
... to ... fields.
Sales per Customergroup.
Displays the History selection dialog box which
enables you to print a report of the sales per Customergroup.
Select (either) the CustomerID, the Date, the CustomergroupID,
the ProductgroupID and the SalesmanID. You are also prompted to
specify the range you want to view: enter information in the from
... to ... fields.
Sales per Salesman.
Displays the History selection dialog box which
enables you to print a report of the sales per Salesman. Select
(either) the CustomerID, the Date, the CustomergroupID, the
ProductgroupID and the SalesmanID. You are also prompted to
specify the range you want to view: enter information in the from
... to ... fields.
