Rotate

With the Rotate command you will rotate the selection 90°. A short beep indicates that the current selection cannot be rotated. Shortcut: , Ctrl + R

Note: Round, oval and logo-stamps cannot be rotated, PageWizard will warn you with a beep.

For laser engraving an option is added to automatically fill open space in black to stop engraving at the last stamp instead of at the end of the page. Select from Black Square command to activate the filling. You can choose between vertical and horizontal. Undo the black square by selecting the Delete black square command. Shortcut: Ctrl + D).

This option is only available in the SOSET Gold version!!

Save/Delete Current Page

The PageWizard in SOSET always combines stamps into a optimum page-layout. However you can change the layout by moving selections to other positions for even more optimization.

To save the layout of a page you select Save current page command. Shortcut: Ctrl + S.
A message will show the Page-number of this page. If you use Get Stamps on Page-number from the file menu you will get this page in the same layout as saved.

Note: Stamps on a saved page will be placed in the same position. If the size of one or more of these stamps is changed the result might look like the stamps are in a heap. For this reason SOSET PageWizard does not save page layout by default.

Delete a page in case you do not want this page to be printed or you do not want status change of the stamps on this page. Select Delete current page. Shortcut: Ctrl + DEL.
Deletion here means only that the stamps on this page will not be printed in the next print-run. You do not delete the stamps themselves.

Printset current page

It is possible to change the printset per page. Select Printset current page.Shortcut: Ctrl + E.
The chosen printset is displayed in the Statusbar. The pages will be laser-engraved according to the settings from the selected printset. So the same stampdesigns can be laser engraved in different settings, dependent on the selected printset.

This option is only available in the SOSET Gold version!

Prepare Labels

You can produce index labels in a very easy way. Shortcut: Ctrl + L

When you choose this option SOSET will extract the first 2 lines of the stamp text, product code and date of all stamps in the current page and save this information in a new sheet size stamp/record of the SOSET stamp database. The order-number is shown in a message appearing on the screen.

Order-numbers of 900000 and higher are not allowed and are used for label-order-numbers.

In Typeset you can find this "stamp" with the Find > Order-number option in the Record menu. Edit the layout if necessary and print the "stamp" on self-adhesive paper. You can cut the labels very easy. It is also very helpful to have pre-cut self adhesive paper sheets for this purpose.
